Payment Policy
The Window Scene accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Items payed for by check will be shipped when the check has cleared, usually within five to seven business days.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within seven days of receipt of the item. The item must be in original packaging and condition. If you wish to return an item email us for a return authorization number. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned items and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Made to order or custom sizes are not returnable and are final sale.

Due to the differences in character and content of fabric we allow a leeway tolerance of + or - 1" in length and width for our window treatments.
