Payment Policy

The Window Scene accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Items paid by check will be shipped once the check has cleared, usually within five to seven business days. Please allow 3-5 business days after order is placed to ship from our warehouse. If you need product expedited please call the store and we will manually do this for you.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within seven days of receipt of the item. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. If you wish to return an item, contact us for a return authorization number. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned items and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Made-to-order or custom products are not returnable and are final sale.

Disclaimers

Due to the differences in character and content of fabric, we allow a leeway tolerance of + or - 1" in length and width for our window treatments.
